Tina runs a mail-in stuffed toy cleaning and restoration service, with a standard package that unstuffs, deep cleans, restuffs and brushes a toy, plus customisation on top. Enquiries have been closed since a wave of demand in 2021, and she also sells one-to-one video sessions teaching you to do the repair yourself.

They return it by USPS Registered Mail. Naming a tracked service is not the same as accepting liability for it.
Getting it there is on you, and the cover above may not start until it arrives. Send it tracked and insured, whatever it costs.
If it is lost or damaged
They say the risk is yours while it is with them. Return postage is paid by you.

- We are thankful to say that since 2021 we've had an immense number of inquiries from clients for their unique restoration needs, and that the Stuffie Spa's waitlist is currently being reviewed for 2025 appointment dates!

- ALL STUFFIES RECEIVE NEW HEARTS CONTAINING ORIGINAL STUFFING (IF REPLACED), THREADS FROM PAST REPAIRS, & REPLACED PARTS WHICH IS THEN CAREFULLY PLACED INSIDE THE STUFFIE BEFORE BEING SEWN BACK UP
- Old stuffing can be washed and reused (additional charges apply), or returned to you unaltered upon request.
- An initial deposit is due in order to book your appointment; the remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
- If, at any time prior to completion of service, you wish to cancel your order, your initial deposit will be used to cover return shipping costs, as well as time and labor fees.
- All of The Spa processes are completed in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
- Photos and/or video footage taken of your item by The Spa are property of The Spa, and may be featured on social media accounts, websites, and/or published media.
- Members of our community can pay it forward and donate towards a restoration for someone who can't afford it.
- We take great care to honor past repairs, character marks, or any distinguishing "flaws" in the process.
