She is specific about what she will not take on, including modern bears beyond cleaning and restuffing, sheepskin, real fur and knitted bears, and bears with insect infestation.

A family restoration firm since 1968 covering buildings and contents, with a classic toys line that takes teddy bears, ceramic dolls, rocking horses and dolls houses. Because the same firm does wood, metal, ceramics, textiles and fine art, they can take a toy that is several of those at once, which most specialists cannot.
